  • Multi-grain rectangular roll
  • Tuna
  • 1 egg
  • 3 "cœur de pigeon" tomatoes
  • Rocket
  • 2 black olives
  • Olive oil

  • Defrost the bread for around 10 minutes and then cook for 7-9 minutes at 190-200°C.
  • Cook the egg then cut it into slices.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in two and olives into slices.
  • Cut the bread, but do not separate the two halves.
  • Put the tuna on the bottom half of the bread, then add egg and the cherry tomato halves.
  • Add a few slices of olives and 5 to 6 rocket leaves.
  • Sprinkle on a few drops of olive oil.
  • Close the sandwich.
